1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Items: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Personalized/Custom Items: Because our customized items (like engraved coasters) require artisanal hand-finishing, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders nationwide within the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-12 business days after the order has been processed.
  • Please note that these are estimates provided by our shipping partners. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control (such as customs delays or extreme weather).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours of shipment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tyalez is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For most US orders of our gift boxes, customs duties are typically not applicable under the de minimis threshold.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Tyalez is not liable for any products lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly.

6. Incomplete/Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
