Return & Exchange Policy

At Tyalez, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our curated gift boxes. Because our products are often sent as time-sensitive gifts for special occasions, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.

1. Personalized & Custom Items (Final Sale)

Please note that any items that have been personalized, engraved, or custom-made (such as coasters with initials or boxes with custom names) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to double-check all spelling and customization details before placing your order.

2. Standard Returns

For non-customized items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The gift box must include all original components (e.g., candle, mug, blanket, etc.) in their original arrangement.
  • Partial returns of a curated gift box are not accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

We meticulously inspect every box before it leaves our studio. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email] with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or refund.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
