1. What if I typed the wrong email address?
Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order.

We offer free shipping to the United Kingdom.
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders shipped to United Kingdom typically arrive within 7-10 business days after the order is placed. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for order processing and preparation. If you do not receive shipping confirmation within this timeframe, rest assured that we are working diligently on your order. In case of any issues with your shipment, we will notify you within 5 business days. Please be aware that delivery times may be extended during special promotions or peak seasons. For deliveries to other countries, the shipping duration varies based on the distance from our warehouse to your address, with an estimated arrival time of 10-30 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want every item you purchase to perfectly match your home. If an item is not suitable, we will assist you with returns.
Most items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
We process orders within 24 hours of receipt. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@tyalez.com within 6 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after cancellation.
If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, a 20% restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from the total order cost.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Before installing or using the products, please check the following upon receipt:
